Is your purchase not what you wanted? But ordered the wrong size? Or do you prefer a different color? No problem! Of course we want to fix that for you as soon as possible. You can return an order within 14 days of receipt. We accept returns that meet the following conditions:

• The product is complete, in its original condition and undamaged.
• The product is provided with the Shoeinc Verified Authentic label.
• The product is in the undamaged original shoe box.
• The product has never been worn.

How can I return my order? Instructions:

1. Click here to register your return with support.
2. An employee will answer you and give you all the information about the return.
3. You are returning your package.
4. Shoeinc evaluates your package.
5. If your package passes inspection, your purchase amount will be refunded.

How long do I have to return my order?

With us you have 14 days after receipt to register your return and send it back. Once you have registered the package, you have an additional 2 business days to return your package.

Are there exceptions to the right of return?
Yes. The right of return does not apply to purchases shipped to countries outside the European Union.

Of course you can try on the products you receive. Make sure you are not wearing it and that the Shoeinc Verified Authentic label is still attached. If we find any damage, wear or tear that shows more has happened than just assessing the product, the return will not be accepted.

The return shipping must normally be borne by the buyer. We only issue a return receipt in individual cases. But please note: If your return is not accepted because it does not meet the established conditions, you will be responsible for the return costs.

Once we have received your package, you will be kept informed of the return process. We will send you a message as soon as the package is processed and when you receive your money back. After receiving your return, we will process it within 14 working days at the latest.

Once we have received your return package, you will be credited with the purchase amount within 14 working days. The amount will be refunded via the payment method you have chosen.
