The price indicated on the product page is the final price. There are no additional costs added at the time of payment: from authentication to delivery in mainland Germany there are no hidden costs.
Shipping and delivery
We deliver in Germany and worldwide (except to Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, St. Pierre & Miquelon and Russia) via DHL DE. . Our processing times for orders are on average 9 to 30 working days - If we still have the product you ordered in stock, it will be sent within 48 hours.
Each product that you order from us is sent individually from our network of partner/private dealers depending on the order. We order the shoes only after receipt of your order. This results in the long shipping time.
After placing an order on our website, you will be sent an email with your order number. If the product you have ordered is not in stock in Germany, we will look for it in our network of European partner dealers. Once the product is found, it is shipped to us, received, authenticated and verified by our team . Once it has gone through our authentication process, it is placed back in its original packaging, packed in our packaging and shipped. You will then receive an email with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order. It usually takes 9-19 business days to get to this point.
After receiving this email (DHL tracking), the delivery will take place within 2 working days. If you are not at home on the day of delivery, DHL will offer to postpone the delivery, hand your package over to a trusted neighbor or to a nearby relay point.

If you have not yet received atracking number from our DHL carrier, it means your orderhas not been shipped yet and is on its way to us or being authenticated . As soon as it is handed over to our DHL carrier, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track the order.
Our processing times for Orders take 9 to 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Depending on the economic situation, the availability of the product or the transport company, it may happen that they are exceeded. In this case, please do not hesitate to send us an email to Support@shoeinc.de. To better process your request, please have your order number with a hashtag available, which you can find in your order confirmation email.

You can request a change or cancellation of an order by contacting our customer service.

We will exchange your order provided the product is unworn and in its original packaging and with all accessories. The seal must not be removed!
The return must be made at the customer's expense in any case. You will only receive a return label if there is an error on our part.
Once we have received and processed the return, our customer service will email you a credit note for the value of the original order (excluding shipping costs) to redeem within 12 months of receipt of the return.

sizes and fit
Since all brands have slightly different sizing standards, we recommend that you check with the specific manufacturer (e.g. Nike, Adidas, etc.). The manufacturer can objectively recommend the right size for you. This also applies to the conversion of sizes between men and women.
For some sneakers, the size type is abbreviated in brackets next to the name. If this is the case, it is not a classic men's size. A shoe in 7Y GS does not correspond to the same shoe model in men's size 7.
